MY EARLY BUILDING EXPERIENCE:  From a young age, my brother Keith and I learned the values of hard work, honesty, and business acumen. Our dad Lenard Sr. taught us a lot about framing and carpentry. We brothers started building at a very young age with our dad!   Dad also gave us the freedom to try our hands at other projects. We helped him fix and build things around the house, helped Mom with repair projects at home, and built things into the house. As a matter of fact, my brother, dad and a few cousins helped build the current home my parents live in.  And from there the rest is history!
